The fabric may absorb the store's fragrance during storage. If you are sensitive to fragrances or perfumes, please consider this before purchasing, as refunds nor exchanges will not be granted for this reason.
Shipping
Rex Fabrics ships from Miami, FL 33135, USA via FEDEX or UPS. We normally ship between 1-2 business days for items that are in stock at our store. If it is an item that we have to ship from our warehouse in North Carolina or California, it can then take up to 4 days to ship.
Carrier delays
Our staff will ship your product as soon as possible. If your product is not delivered within the timeframe that was promised by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) we are in no obligation to provide a refund for the shipping services. Once you pay for the shipping charges you are relaying on the carriers service for transportation.
