No Returns or Exchanges

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise.

This applies to all products, including fabrics, trims, and accessories.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Important: Please verify your order before using it. Once the fabric has been cut or used, we will no longer be able to grant a return or exchange for manufacturer defects, even in cases where an exception might otherwise apply.
Special Considerations

Fragrance & Fabric Odors
Please note:

Some fabrics may carry a fragrance upon delivery. This may be due to our in-store ambiance or the natural qualities of certain fibers, especially synthetic ones such as polyester, nylon, or polyurethane.

Fabrics stored in our showroom may absorb ambient scents.

Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for sensitivity to fragrances or odors.
