Returns Policy

At Rex Fabrics, we take great pride in offering exclusive, high-quality fabrics sourced from around the world. Due to the uniqueness and limited availability of our merchandise, we must enforce a strict returns and exchange policy.

The images on our website are meant to be a representation only and are not intended to provide a perfect match to the actual product. Fabrics can vary significantly in color, texture and pattern. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the image you see will be an exact match to the fabric.

In addition, colors and image size may vary based upon your screen resolution and other computer settings outside of our control. Therefore, Rex Fabrics shall not be held responsible for any variation between the images on this website and the actual products you receive. We reserve the right to change and discontinue Product at any time without notice to you.

We highly encourage you to get a sample before making your purchase. If the option "GET A SAMPLE" is not available for the product you are interested in, contact us through online@rexfabrics.com so our team can send you more pictures of the product.


No Returns or Exchanges

  • Once your order has shipped, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise.

  • This applies to all products, including fabrics, trims, and accessories.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Important: Please verify your order before using it. Once the fabric has been cut or used, we will no longer be able to grant a return or exchange for manufacturer defects, even in cases where an exception might otherwise apply.

Fragrance & Fabric Odors

Please note:

  • Some fabrics may carry a fragrance upon delivery. This may be due to our in-store ambiance or the natural qualities of certain fibers, especially synthetic ones such as polyester, nylon, or polyurethane.

  • Fabrics stored in our showroom may absorb ambient scents.

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for sensitivity to fragrances or odors.
