RETURNS

It's important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the high demand and exclusivity of our merchandise, we must enforce a strict return policy. We do not give refunds for CUSTOM, CUT or UN-CUT fabrics, TRIMS, and BUTTONS. Exchanges may be an exception as a per case bases. SHIPPING

Rex Fabrics ships from Miami, FL 33135, USA via FEDEX or UPS. Please note that some handmade, custom, or pre-order items may take longer to ship. This will be stated in the items description if applicable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerages fees upon delivery. We currently ship International Orders via,FEDEX and UPS. Once an order is given to FEDEX or UPS the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and Rex Fabrics is no longer liable. Rex Fabrics is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the U.S.A. 

The Customer shall pay destination country for the Clearance Service in full and shall pay all applicable duties and other taxes imposed on charges for services made under the agreement. If your destination is outside of the US, you will be liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; therefore payment will be required by customs to release your order. We recommend that you investigate potential charges before placing your order, as different countries have variable procedures.
