We do not accept any type of returns or exchanges, once your merchandise is shipped we will not accept it back. This applies to all orders we take. Please note that your fabric may have a fragrance smell when you receive it.This is because we use a subtle fragrance in our store to maintain a fresh ambiance. As we source fabrics from various suppliers worldwide, certain materials—particularly those made with synthetic fibers like polyester, nylon, and polyurethane—can sometimes have a strong initial odor. The fabric may absorb the store's fragrance during storage. If you are sensitive to fragrances or perfumes, please consider this before purchasing, as refunds nor exchanges will not be granted for this reason.
Shipping
Rex Fabrics ships from Miami, FL 33135, USA via FEDEX or UPS. We normally ship between 1-2 business days for items that are in stock at our store. If it is an item that we have to ship from our warehouse in North Carolina or California, it can then take up to 4 days to ship.
Carrier delays
Our staff will ship your product as soon as possible. If your product is not delivered within the timeframe that was promised by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) we are in no obligation to provide a refund for the shipping services. Once you pay for the shipping charges you are relaying on the carriers service for transportation.

At Rex Fabrics, we take great pride in offering exclusive, high-quality fabrics sourced from around the world. Due to the uniqueness and limited availability of our merchandise, we must enforce a strict returns and exchange policy.
No Returns or Exchanges
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise.
This applies to all products, including fabrics, trims, and accessories.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Important: Please verify your order before using it. Once the fabric has been cut or used, we will no longer be able to grant a return or exchange for manufacturer defects, even in cases where an exception might otherwise apply.

Fragrance & Fabric Odors
Please note:
Some fabrics may carry a fragrance upon delivery. This may be due to our in-store ambiance or the natural qualities of certain fibers, especially synthetic ones such as polyester, nylon, or polyurethane.
Fabrics stored in our showroom may absorb ambient scents.
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for sensitivity to fragrances or odors.
