It's important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the high demand and exclusivity of our merchandise, we must enforce a strict return policy. We do not accept any type of returns or exchanges, once your merchandise is shipped we will not accept it back. This applies to all orders we take. Shipping
Rex Fabrics ships from Miami, FL 33135, USA via FEDEX or UPS. We normally ship between 1-2 business days for items that are in stock at our store. If it is an item that we have to ship from our warehouse in North Carolina or California, it can then take up to 4 days to ship.
Carrier delays
Our staff will ship your product as soon as possible. If your product is not delivered within the timeframe that was promised by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) we are in no obligation to provide a refund for the shipping services. Once you pay for the shipping charges you are relaying on the carriers service for transportation.
